Orders

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll see what we can do.

Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you accept returns?

Because our products are paper goods, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll work with you to make it right.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're so sorry your order didn't arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll review your request and work quickly to make it right.
