2. SHIPPING METHODS

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Delays caused by shipping carriers
Packages marked as delivered but not received
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

4. HANDLING & PACKAGING

All items are carefully packaged to protect them during transit.

Handling costs are included in the shipping fee unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs due to improper handling after delivery.

5. DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
Clear photos of both the damaged item and packaging are required
Photos are necessary for shipping insurance claims

If photos are not provided, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered, Chapter & Charm Paper Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

7. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable
We do not refund shipping costs for delayed deliveries
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy
